- For subscription-based services, you can cancel at any time, but refunds are only issued for the first 30 days of the initial subscription.
- Custom software development projects are not eligible for refunds once development has begun, as outlined in the project contract.
Physical Products
- Physical products (e.g., hardware dongles) can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
